16mm film capture, how to add sound track?

Hi, I can capture 16mm film (not realtime) then I records audio track afterwards because scanning is done not real time.

What would be the best way to sync the video and audio?
After Effects, Vegas, Power Director, etc?

Any NLE works, like Premiere, Vegas, etc.
