ATI MMC mpg file to DVD

I would like to know what I have to do to prepare a movie file that was captured with my ATI AIW 8500 card, using MMC 8.1 and stored on my HD as an mpeg file,for burning to a DVD? I used your ATI capture guide. The movie was captured from my DirectTV DVR.
