Ive tried to find infomation about them but cant... Anyone know something off this, and if they are good ? Maybe have TBC.

those are mostly consumer grade crap. the HR-S9400 is decent - but lacks TBC
stick to the models on LordSmurfs list: VCR Buying Guide (S-VHS, D-VHS, Professional) for restoring video
