Wanted to buy Blu-ray player for upscaling VHS

Hello LS, Admin wanted to buy a bluray player.
I wanted him to do the upscaling dvd (vhs restoration) via HDMI and TV recordings made with the DVD recorder.
The upscaling improves the vision of the dvd? I have a 32 "TV in the Funai 50hz so not a Sony ...

What do you think of Bluray 3D? I buy a bluray without this function
I thought Samsung let me know

The Samsung BD-E5700 would be the player to buy.

Even though you can upscale the DVD, if you are going to do new transfers on stuff, I would straight use the MPEG-2 Blue-Ray because it has 15Mbps and it can look better. There's lots of variables involved, that's just one more bonus to add to the pot.
