Mitsubishi vs JVC VCRs - which is best?

I really appreciate the information I found on on this site, especially the video hardware forum. I was wonder if you could tell me how the Mitsubishi MD3000 holds up against the other JVC you were talking about for vhs transfer? I found out that its for medical use and I would assume its quality is pretty high, but I wanted your take on this model? How is the quality, and components of this machine? Any info will be greatly appreciated! Thank you

the MD3000 is a Medical VCR and no good for doing tape transfers.
Broadcast and Medical VCR's are almost never any good.
they are SP only and are calibrated for near perfect tapes (which home recorded tapes are not)
there is also an extreme yuck factor to anything that has been in a hospital

the only good Mitsubishi VCR is the HS-HD2000U

I have this vcr(the md3000),i have made a lot of vhs transfer and quality is not bad
but with some tapes give me with mencoder green frames like this
I have put the pic of green frame as attachment
