I Finally narrowed it down to S-Video OUT from (NEW) Mitsubishi HS-HD 2000U to S-Video IN to AV-TOOLBOX 8710....This is the area in (MY SYSTEM/ENVIRONMENT) that is most sensitive to this problem...No matter how many different "High Quality" S-Video Cables I Tried,...I Had to put Radio Shack RFI Choke Coils around it..and the more I applied, The more the Video Noise Pest went away!..After all that, I found that ATI MMC Video Soap Combo Filter1 @78% (or more) also further reduced this pest!
