Super VHS Decisions and Where to Buy

I have a Super VHS camcorder with built-in TBC. Is this good enough to capture VHS tapes on? How much better are the VCRs from the Buying Guide compared to non-recommended Super VHS? Will the untrained eye notice a difference?

Where can I purchase a recommended Super VHS? How can I make sure I don't get burned on eBay etc?
