Interlaced artifacts from video capture?

1 Attachment(s)
Hello,

I build a machine around AIW 9600 card.

I have include a picture of artefact that I get during movement scene.

Was using Huffyuv Predict gradient, then I tried median and uncompressed with the same result.

Is that normal? or I forgot to set something?

Those are not artifacts -- that's just interlacing. :)

- On TV playback, you'll see no issues.
- On computer viewing, use VLC, and enable the deinterlace filters (and use Yadif or Yadifx2).

Only deinterlace if for online streaming (like Youtube).

Tell me more about the project.
