Deinterlacing noise at the bottom of Top fields?

I was checking some captures and doing the deinterlacing (Interpolate with yadif + Double frame rate Top field).

But I noticed that it had some noise at the bottom of the Top Fields.

And Bottom Fields seem quite nice:

I was wondering what reason could cause this noise and how I could fix it.

As is, I would change the Double frame rate Top field to Keep Bottom field and interpolate / discard top field.... but maybe there's a better way.

Thank you all for your help and comments!

It could be the filter. I run into things like this in Avisynth from time to time. I saw one earlier tonidht, from an anti-alias filter. DAA was causing a rainbow line at bottom, so I switched the santiag(), and issue was resolved.
