Question concerning Decryptor and Tmpgenc Express

I'm trying to rip a couple of files from a dvd and clean them up with Tmpgenc Express 3.0. I ripped the files to my harddrive with Dvd decryptor in IFO mode and renamed them to .mpg. When I load them into Tmpgenc the audio is not recognized, so I have a silent movie. Is there a trick to this or a setting that I have wrong? Help, please!

I've never been able to figure out how to rip files with Decryptor in IFO mode. Everytime I use it I only get one ep I have on a two ep disc.

TMPGEnc does not recognize AC3 audio by default. It requires the AC3 plug-in to hear the audio.

TMPGEnc products are also not as good as the Womble MPEG editors, Ulead DVDWS2 to author, and both have guides here on this site and/or forum.
