Is there any way to take screenshots of video at a set time intervals? For example taking a screenshot every minute of a film. All help will be much appreciated.

It seems that you can take a screeshot but not set it to take a screen shot at set intervals.

I recall that it's possible, but it's not an obvious option.
You may have to re-encode the video to like 1fps and output to stills.
