The answer found at http://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/vide...-wmv-file.html would also apply here.
Specifically, this post:

But it has some limitations that I don't much care for. For example, limited menu background and the inability to make menu-less discs. Same for video cropping and aspect ratio options. In fact, there are not many options at all. You just plop a video into the window and hit "go" and hope it works well. Yeah, it's free, but you get what you pay for.

Better software would be ConvertXToDVD.
Or as runner-up choice, the AVS Video Converter.
Both of those are in the $50-60 range, and have quite a few adjustable options for menus, quality, etc.

I use ConvertX pretty regular, for certain tasks. In general, for converting video that I downloaded off Youtube or Hulu, and want to watch on an actual TV at my leisure. (Usually a small kitchen TV, given the quality of that source.) The converted video looks good. Maybe not quite as perfect as manually encoding in Procoder or MainConcept, and then authoring a DVD, but this is quicker. It's a nice option for times when it just needs to be a good DVD to watch, and not necessarily a professional production quality output.

Hello, zhanghao~I suggest you can use a video converter which call ConvertXtoDVD. You can Convert & Burn your videos to DVD,and backup and transfer your movies to DVD and enjoy watching them on any home DVD player.

You saw that AVStoDVD was free, right? Download that from http://sourceforge.net/projects/avstodvd. If you have already tried it, then mention what you did or did not like about it. Based on that feedback, other programs could possible be suggested.

Still want more? Sothink has some free options: http://www.sothink.com/product.htm#free
However, we're not done with our testing/review of the Sothink video conversion apps, so we're not ready to suggest them just yet. Site staff only recommends software that has been vetted and tested, and meets our quality standards on how video software should perform.

Regarding Nero, read this: http://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/vide...html#post12753
It has already been explained in that post why Nero is not suggested.

Thanks. :)
