Could someone please tell me how to frameserve from Virtualdub to Mainconcept Reference? I used to use CCE and with that I would simply open the avi file in virtualdub, apply the filters I was using, go to file and select "start frameserver" and save a .vdr file. Then I would simply open that file in CCE and encode. However, MainConcept Reference doesn't open vdr files. I don't know what to do here. I want to be able to filter and encode in one step by frameserving from virtualdub.

I appreciate any help you could give. Thanks.

Step 1. Install Avisynth, if it's not already installed.
Step 2. Rename the .vdr file to .avs.

Yes, it's really that simple. This works in Procoder, too.
