Can I edit .mov files on PC to burn on DVD?
 

I received some files on a flashdrive that I can view in vlc player. They are from silent 8mm film that was transferred and ended up as .mov because my cousin has a mac. Is there a way to take parts of several different files and burn them onto a dvd using a pc?
