I know this might be a lame question, but I captured a wide screen segment and would like to know if I can convert it to full screen.

Sorry for the delay, been replacing some blown out equipment (stupid power spike from storms).

Anyway, best thing to do is simply hit the ZOOM button on your DVD player. This is the best option.

If you really insist on cropping on and cutting off the sides, then re-encode the video in TMPGENC or some other video software that will let you crop into the image. If you want to do this (I don't suggest it, FYI), then let me know if you need help/images.
