Hi,

Caps are 1080i using lossless HD using UT Video codec. The programmes are toku live action.

What would an optimal bitrate setting be for live action?

I have looked at the following thread:

For VBR I was thinking of using a target bitrate of 15000 and a max of 24000 with 1-second GOP size.

Does that sound ok?

Looks mainstream OK to me. Check a few action scenes to make sure motion plays clearly.
