Lagarith AVI files are distorted in Adobe Premiere

Hello. I did run my captured files through AviSynth to clear them with filters and deinterlace, deshaked them in VirtuaDub and exported as AVI using Lagarith codec. Color space is RGB24. Also I did try using x265 codec, but it still imports in Adobe software distorted diagonally and black and white, also it shows colored scanlines. I tried Premiere, After Effects, and straight into Media Encoder. Can't figure out what problem is.
