I have an xvid file I want to fix. It is terribly out of sync.

What is the best way to resync it?

Virtualdub > full processing mode > audio > wav

then what???

There's not much that can be done. Convert video to uncompressed AVI, audio to WAV, sync up in Premiere. Or convert video to MPEG, and do the work in Womble MPEG Video Wizard.

It's not easy, and it takes forever.
