Best software for editing video?

I want to do edit a video

according to my research i understand that in AE can do everything that I can do in Primier and more

Is there any Pro that premier has versus AE?

I'm guessing that "AE" refers to Adobe After Effects -- especially seeing as how you mention Premiere.

After Effects cannot do what Premiere does. Those are two very different applications. After Effects, as the name implies, is for creating and adding effects. It has some mild editing abilities, because that's the only way to add effects.

Premiere is an NLE, AE is not.

I've been using Adobe Premiere since 1998/1999 (or thereabouts, forget exactly when, or what version). After Effects is rarely something I need. The workflow is completely different, and it only has very basic editing abilities. Again, it's for effects.
