I made this capture of a documentary.

The documentary has "mixed" frame/field rate because some material was 50i and some material was 24fps (film). The strange thing I notice is that there are some spots where the dirt (on the lens?) appears only in one field (see attachment).

Was the dirt on the lens of the telecine?

There's a squiggly thing stuck on the right side as well, near the middle of the screen vertically.
