Choppy Motion in the video.....
 
Question:

When you have a poor flv files, when it played back, you get choppy blocks in the video, what is the best method to clean this up...

What seems to happen is all the pixels are moving at different rates causing the grass (which is in these videos) to be moving and at different rates....

Guessing some kind of filter would help. Tried the MSU deblocker (both of them) they don't seem to do much but make the grass look unnatural.

Blending it and making it look natural is kind of the goal if possible....

I'd have to see a sample clip.
FLV (using On2 VP6 codec) is a really lossy format. In all likelihood, the damage is so severe that you can't really repair the video. At best, you can smear it a little, to make blocks and noise less obvious.
