Hello lordsmurf,

Would like to know why peoples may ask "What is the serial number?" when talking about buying a TBC-1000
Any know problems issues?
Do you have more informations about this?

I wrote you in private because I don't wanna make auctions raise...I may bid on it...

Since the bidding already ended -- moving this from PM to public post, in order to help others.

Anyway, to address the question: Some people are just strange.

There's no known problems that would require knowing a serial number on a DataVideo TBC-1000 unit.
Maybe that person had a dud, resold it on eBay, and just doesn't want to re-buy the same one? I've seen that! (With other gear, not TBCs.)
