Applying different filters to different parts of the video in VirtualDub
Is it possible to apply different filters to different part of a video in the same timeline in VirtualDub without cutting the video into different individual files?
Example: I want to apply 'AutoLevels' filter for the first 10 minutes of the video, and say, 'Greyscale' filter for the next 10 minutes of the video, and finally frameserve the 'entire' video to an encoder. Regards |
No.
Something like that is only possible in Premiere ... which doesn't have the good VirtualDub filter. :( You can do that in Avisynth, but it's a nuisance to be honest. All that scripting. |
Thanks LS. I am not going Avisynth for now. Don't know anything about it. Used it only once to open a High Definition camcorder file (.MTS) in VirtualDub. :)
I think I will split my video files into different parts that need to be filtered differently. Regards |
