I'm considering getting a Proc Amp. Does anyone have any advice to offer on whether to get the Elite Video BVP-4 or Vidicraft Proc Amp?

Elite Video BVP-4 Plus gives the most control, most advanced one. It's broadcast-grade equipment. Has 10 knobs of adjustment.

SignVideo PA-100 is next logical choice, another fine piece of equipment.

The Vidicraft works well, but not as good as the others. Only get this one when you're on a tight budget.

You can get the BVP-4 for anywhere from $100-250 on ebay lately, I got mine about 6 months ago for $150 shipped, I think Phillip got one for $120

But I think the three of us (LS, Phillip and myself) can all recommend the BVP-4

Mine was $250, and that's about the usual prices.
You guys got lucky.

Brand news, these were $700-800 each.
