Could you give me a script to improve this video?

For the first, there was a bit of QTGMC and spline36resize, but for that there is a lot to do! Can anyone help me?

No, we cannot.

That's not how this site works. You don't post a clip and then expect others to work for you for free. Either pay for work, or learn to do it yourself. The forum is to assist you when you do it yourself -- NOT do it for you.

You didn't even give us any hints as to what you think needs to be fixed.

Furthermore...

You don't PM me 24 hours after you make a post, on weekend of all things, telling me that I need to answer your post.

And I'm really pissed that you posted a clip with audio so loud that I knocked over a drink trying to turn off the speakers. When you post VIDEO clips asking for VIDEO advice, you'd better then hell remove or mute to audio. Or at least give warning that the clip contains LOUD audio. If I could reach through the computer right now, I'd probably strangle you ala Homer strangling Bart.

I don't get angry often, but congrats, you've done it.

Sorry, then, as you could see, the audio should be corrected first. For the first video, a simple uspcaling would be enough that I made and put the video (ATTENTION: the audio still contains the loud!), And I would like to know has been done well, for the second, it takes a big help on colors, because as far as noise is concerned, the MCTemporalDenoiser on "very high" was enough for me. I publish this last script and the first video edited by me and I would like some advice on how I could have an exceptional result, on how it was done with Celentano!
Code:
LWLibavVideoSource("c:\Users\Amministratore\Videos\Formula 1\1952-05-30 Round 02 - Indianapolis 500 Dynamic.avi")
McTemporalDenoise(settings="very high")
Sharpen(0.5)
crop(16,2,-8,-10)
nnedi3_rpow2(8, cshift="Spline36Resize", fwidth=640, fheight=480)
ColorMatrix(mode="Rec.601->Rec.709")
