I'm seeing this on a few tapes. A pink band at top of the screen that overlays the video giving whatever is on the screen a pinkish hue in that band.

Any ideas? It seems like a side effect of the line TBC in the JVC because when I turn it off I get the tell tale signs of distortion at that part of the screen.

Is this something a full frame TBC would fix?
