Not long ago was launched a new site for streaming video downloading http://takeyoutube.com/. What do you think about it?

Well, it looks to be a www.keepvid.com clone. What does this site offer than keepvid does not?

I would take issue with the obvious copying that has been done. You've simply swiped the text from keepvid, for both the FAQ and the contact page. Don't do that. Write your own content.

This is clearly not a true statement: "TakeYouTube is the number one website for downloading streaming videos from websites. To have your advertisement displayed to over 200,000 visitors daily." --- Again, just swiped text from keepvid.com

There's also some issues with site speed and uptime. I'm getting a lot of dropped packets, and the site won't connect reliably. It was also noticeably slower to download Youtube videos, compared to using keepvid.
