Is there a website that has a step by step guide on how to create a good dvd cover from scratch?

The one on DigitalFAQ.com is just a starting guide, I'm looking for something with more detail on how to place the images, the text, adding special effects with photoshop and aligning everything that it looks semi-professional.

LS, is there any plans to expand that guide you have on DigitalFAQ?

This is something I would do as a consulting job, or via video guides.
