I am thinking of adding a real time waveform & vectorscope to my workflow.

Current workflow: VCR--->TBC--->ProcAmp--->Detailer--->Capture
Waveform workflow: VCR--->TBC--->ProcAmp--->Detailer--->Waveform--->Capture

I have seen a few threads about software based waveform monitors on the site, but I can seem to get it to run stable. I cant run Vdub and the monitoring software on the same computer. Many BSOD's.

I am just wondering what are the con's to doing this. I think it will benefit my overall captures with another layer verification that my capture's are good. Will it change the signal from the waveform to the capture device?

Look forward to all of your thoughts.
