I've been working on some forums lately, and in need of some new base templates that I can hack apart and make my own. (My style of web design is often building on the basic designs of commercial designers -- heavily modify their base code to create my own custom masterpieces. The "from scratch" method is honestly masochistic sometimes.)

Anyway, I came across a new site today, www.SultanTheme.com, which has more than 150 themes available. Granted, some are only partially different than others, but there are at least 50 different styles of them there.

After looking over everything, I narrowed down my favorites to this lot:

The designer has a short bio about himself, and appears to be a reasonable fellow. English isn't his first language, I would imagine, but you don't need words to create good designs!
