Best server location for Africa VPS?

Hello!
I need to have web site with the project which will be targeted to Africa. I'm thinking and deciding between 2 possible options in US (hostingsource.com) and Europe (libertyvps.net)
What would work better?

For African continent, USA would be a pretty terrible choice for server location.
Europe or India is ideal.

Several hosts in Europe, be it high end like FastEuroHosting (EuroVPS) or something lower end like Stablehost.
MilesWeb in India.

I'd not use either you've mentioned.
- one is a nonsense "offshore" (a meaningless term for suckers) host, using Bitcoin
- the other is not one I'm familiar with
