Which server (HostingSource.com or QHoster.com) is better to sign up with as I plan to host an e-shop?

None of those are suggested.
If you really want low-cost, unmanaged, and reliable, then look at Vultr. But you get what you pay for.
Pay a little more, and get something reliable. For example, from IOZoom.

But you've also mentioned nothing about needs, usage, etc. That matters more than $$$.
