UBServers vs QuickWeb vs other VPS hosts ?

Another forum user told me to contact you because he thinks you got some experience with these 2 Budget VPS hosts I was checking out recently:

UBServers & QuickWeb

If you do can you please let me know if there are any good for DNS & backup hosts?

I actually don't have any experience with either of those hosts.
My current list of hosting suggestions is here: List of the Best Web Hosts in 2012 - Shared, reseller and VPS hosting

I also have some low-cost VPS hosts that I use, which are not (yet) on the above list.

- What is it that you're looking to spend?
- Resource needs? (RAM, CPU, disk, port speed, etc)
