HeadAC3he: 48kHz will not resample to 44.1Khz file?
 

Hi Forum,
Ever since I reinstalled HeadAc3he after a computer windows re install I am having problems with the program. the Sound track is ripped by DVD to AVI as a Wav file 48Khz. When I try to convert this in 44Khz MP2 file it remains the same and shows as a 48Khz file. Before it used to show up as the correct resampled to 44Khz file. I have all the .dll's (Pentium4 Versions) installed in the same file as the program GUI is this correct or do these have to go in the system32 file I cannot remember.
Can anybody remind me or tell me the correct way please.
