BeSweet: Settings to convert 44.1kHz audio to PAL format?

Hi there all a bit of help here would be a great help

I have a file that is @ 23.976 fps and has an audio sampling rate of 44100.

I wish to change the frame rate to PAL 25.00fps. However in the past I have found the audio files of 44100 have difficulties with syncronisation when hooking up to 25.000fps.

Are there any settings I need to configure to avoid this.

There is no synch problem and if you really have, there are not related to the sample rate.
