HeadAC3he: final version was released?

Since HeadAC3he has not been updated since July( I checked the webpage today), and the author states he does not convert DVDs anymore on his page, I am assuming the July version is the final version. What is everyones favorite encoder besides HeadAC3he?

I don't suppose there would be another mutiplexer other than Headache3 that would work with KVCD? It would be a cryin shame if there weren't. This could have been a knockout program. Any time you have to "assemble" a program like Headache with DLLS and the like,you are bound to have a train wreck. There are alot more like me,that cant have a solution for this. Perhaps it may eventually become a normal "exe" program, but for now, DIVX or WMV may be the viable alternative.
