I just downloaded Headac3he v.023a from the link above- and I installed the program and ran it- 8O What problem did you run into with the download?

I was trying to decompress the program with the version of WinRar that I had. It was version 2.8, and it couldn't read the file. I downloaded the latest version, 3.0, and that took care of it :lol:

im having a problem using headac3he, i correctly loaded the dll files and it says everything is succesfull then it goes to parsing the ini file and it says heaac3he.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. then i remove the vorbis dll and i can get the program to open and do everything succefully and pars the ini file except load the vorbis dll (obviously) then i try to do a ac3 to mp2 conversion but i get an error and the program has to close i get the same error i mentioned before headac3he has encountered a problem. any ideas?

guys forget my last post i experimented a bit and now i can actually use headac3he but i cant convert to mp2 or mp3 i can do the other conversions but when i go to do a mp2 or mp3 conversion i get the sme error headac3he.exe has encountered a problem

playing around with Headac3he and i usualy put mine as MP2. But

Vorbis looks like it will give a smaller file.. theres got to be a catch,

with half the audio file size...
