BeSweet: Cannot convert 24kHz MP3/WAV to MP2, shibatch.dll crashes
Cannot convert 24kHz MP3/WAV to MP2. shibatch.dll crashes besweet 1.5b26. Is there a solution to this?
|
GSPOT tells me the audio is MPEG-2 Layer 3, I suppose this is different from MPEG-1 Layer 3 even though they are both labeled as MP3.

Boulder posted in d9 forum about
tooLAME problems with BeSweet v1.5b26. DSPguru did a new "fixed". take a look : http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=74288 better is download the file again and try. edited> we posted at the same time! |
It didn't work unfortunately, shibatch.dll and besweet keep crashing. I tried toolame and MP2Enc.

Bug confirmed by DSPGuru and it seems it won't be fixed in the near future.

:o i never did convertions like that.... 24kHz MP3/WAV to MP2.... try using headac3he, why not? |
Encode the MP3 file to WAV, then use the command line tool SSRC to resample to whatever you want (44100Hz or 48000Hz?)
