Any recommendations for an MP3 Cataloguer/Database app?

Anyone have a favorite program , database, to catalogue mp3 files, that
1.) would lift the info right off of the (mp3 data) CD?
2.) would let me search by bitrate, bpm, CD VOL #, etc..
3.) could have fddb or cddb, gracenote, connectivity--but not essential..

Most of the appz i've seen have been renamers of sorts.

hmmm, kwanx,,but almost did what i wanted.
im more or less looking for a DivXManager for mp3's..

any ideas?

Media Jukebox is the best I've found. I currenly have 42.324GB of mp3s cataloged.

I use it exclusively and have even uninstalled WinAmp!
