KVCD: How to burn a ksvcd?

I have just created a ksvcd.bin & ksvcd.cue file using DIKO.
I don't know what the next step for burning it using nero is.

thanks, it all worked great.
if i want to burn again, do i just need to save the bin & cue and can i trash all the other stuff created by DIKO?
The film is superb but it is very centred on my widescreen tv.
on 4:3 setting i get the obvious border left and right, but i also have a big border top & bottom, this creates a smaller screen within the larger screen, considering that DIKO is very automated, how much of the final ratio is determined by the original file, and how much can you change yourself in DIKO?
cheers.
