Nero is a burning tool, not an encoding tool. So... ?

You have a lot to read and learn as you just arrived here :-)
Go on the home page and peek a guide.

First you must encode your kvcd outside nero (this answers to the second part of your question). Then you will burn it with nero simply as a "VCD" (or SVCD, depends on what you did) and unchecking the "make a compliant VCD" box.

Let me guess : you dled a KVCD and dont know what to do with it... ?

8O poor monkeys...have a pity!
don't do that with the monkeys, they will learn something after long training but dumbs that use crappy sources never learn anything (you know that cos you (we) know lots of dumbs that still do that)
