KDVD Possible at 544x480? How to author?

I'm making my first KDVD after a couple of years experience with KVCDs.

I encoded with HCEncoder to 544x480, extracted audio to .wav with Vdub, and converted to .mp2 with HeadAC3he (same as I used to do for KVCD).

Buit now what? I tried to author with TMPGenc DVD Author, and it wouldn't accept 544x480 @ 29.97. Do I need to mux the .m2v and .mp2 with something else first? Should I use a different DVD authoring application?

(Sorry for jumping all over the forum with my questions, but I thought it would be best to put the questions in the appropriate sections :wink: )

You need to run "DVDPatcher", to patch the resolution to a valid DVD resolution.
Then DVD Author will accept the MPEG file.

DVDLab is still a better choice however IMHO.
