DVD authoring program that would give me chaptering and subtitling?

I want to try out the KDVD-720x480-Full-D1-NTSC template. I smartripped the VOBs. Before I go any further, does anyone have a guide starting with smartripper and ending up with a DVD authoring program that would give me chaptering and subtitling?

I just got a Sony DRU-120A DVD+RW and I want to try experimenting with it.

Hi 2COOL,

Go ahead and encode your movie with the KDVD template. Then use DVDit or Ulead DVD MovieFactory to import your meg file. You'll be all set :)
