Nero Vision: How to Use another picture for the menu-buttons?

I really like Nerovision... but there is one thing that makes me go nuts :twisted:
How can I use another picture for the menu-buttons??? Nerovision uses the first picture of the movie as default (which is a plain black screen in most cases...)
I want to use an "in-movie-picture"!

Does someone of you know how to do this? :?:

Sorry no what i do is cut the begining to the first full shot such as the warner bros logo on a warner bros film using virtual dub if its an avi or FlasKMPEG if its an mpeg.

This is what bugs me with the program all dvdr's are in 4-3 aspect anyone know how to force or change it to 16-9 ?
