KVCD: how can i burn in nero?

hello to all
i just made a kvcd 721MB whit sound
but when i burn it whit nero it say 821MB and 82minute WHY??
how can i burn just 721MB

You can easily burn 800mb Video material to a 80 min. CD-R, because VCDs and SVCDs are written in Mode-2.
So there's no need to target 700mb...
Have you muxed your file with BBMPEG?

Make sure you uncheck standard compliance so Nero doesn't pad the file :!:
