TmpgEnc DvD Author will not import backgrounds?
 

On TmpgEnc DvD Author can you import backgrounds for the menus and also can any one post sites that have pre-made frames/menus i love the app but i can seem to import some of my own work.

A hint: Go and look in the Web for nice desktop "Wallpapers", they can be very nice used for DVD Background purposes :)

I have a quick question about Background pictures in Menus.

I use DVD-Lab and I want to use PhotoShop to design my own backgrounds.

What size resolution should I set the background to? 1024x768 perhaps or a custom size?

Depends .... on how that menue will appear!
As 16:9 (anamorph) or just 4:3.

Do set in photoshop your screen to 720x576(480) and set in DVDlab 4:3 as menue Aspect Ratio and everyth. will end up fine.

i took ur advise i didnt know i was using that one :bigooh: :cluebat: :oops: here sorry bout that that one is for my bf1942 clan. But I whanted to make my own play buttions and such but i tried all my art apps tried to rename and a bunch of other stuff im bout to take the app back and switch to another. I've been lookin on Google and Altavista for about two weeks for a tut or addons just so i can see how to make them. And I also cant Import my own background i got the most curent ver of Dvd Athor also.
