best quality with prediction
hello i have mainly used DiKO because it is easy to work with, but i wanna try this on my own, i have before but not to this extent, lets start from scratch i want to convert a 723MB AVI (Divx,Xvid) to a normal HIGH quality KSVCD. i'm hoping that somebody will help me with the prediction and what i programs i should use next in order to get the best quality possible. thanks :)
