Correct Settings for CCE

What are the correct settings for CCE? I tried following the same settings from TMPG Encoder, but CCE has many different options.

I could have sworn I have seen it on here before... but Search after search, and I can't find it.

DO you have 2.66/2.67 or 2.70 ?
A template exists for 2.6x.
