Avisynth: How to use Repair?

I wanna use this plugin after filterin but im not sure how to use it, i found info on the offcial web but i dont really understand i have to improve my english

can someone explain it to me in simple words?

a = last
b = a.denoiser()
repair( a, b,mode=2)
