Avisynth: MPEG2DEC.DLL substitute?

Does anyone know where I can get this dll. All the links I found on the net do not work.

[MPEG2DEC2 (by Tom Barry)]: A MPEG2DEC.DLL substitute. This is the same MPEG2DEC.DLL with SSE2 optimization. Faster with Pentium IV CPUs.

UPDATE: The links are working again.
